I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are the prints identical to the images shown? Are they signed?
There is no watermark in the bottom-right corner of our prints whereas in the images, there is an Etsy url to prevent image theft. Also, colors may vary slightly between the actual work and the image on your screen. Every monitor is different and some are much brighter than others, so we cannot help if they vary somewhat.
In regard to signing prints: all prints are, by default, signed on the back. If you'd rather have a note included, custom signature or front signature (or all of the above!) let us know in a purchase note or message.
Do you do custom art? Trades? Requests?
We only do custom work when advertised. We do not do unsolicited commissions, alterations to our work, or anything of that nature. Inquiries will likely not be responded to.
In regard to trades: generally not. If I approach you about a trade, then that's a different story, but generally, the answer is no.
For requests: my plate is honestly too full for suggestions ATM. One exception is if you subscribe to my Patreon, however! Check out http://www.patreon.com/meganlara for more details.
Do frames come with the print?
The frames in the images are for display purposes only--they are not included in your orders, which will be shipped either rolled in a poster tube or in a stayflat mailer. I repeat: no orders come framed.
What are your shipping times? Do you do rush shipping?
We *might* be able to rush shipping, but PLEASE message me to ask before placing your order. Normal domestic orders are sent First Class via USPS, and take an average of 2-10 days to ship depending on whether or not we have to order the print or have it on hand (**this does NOT include time spent in transit)** Generally we ship them within 5 days, but occasionally we must order specific stock, or we might be at a convention, which adds a few days onto the shipping time.
We tend to ship on Mondays and Fridays, though this is subject to change without notice. If you need something shipped ASAP, please send us a message.
What do I do if there is a problem with my order/something is missing/the tracking isn't updating/etc.?
♥♥ PLEASE MESSAGE ME BEFORE OPENING A CASE ♥♥ I am super easy to work with and want to do what I can to rectify the situation and make sure you are happy with your orders! :) I also understand that things get lost sometimes--and I have no problem replacing things that are obviously just lost.

I entered the wrong address after placing my order and I didn't realize it. It was returned to your store and I would like it re-shipped. What can I do?
If your order is returned to me due to any set of circumstances where you are at fault for the item being returned to sender (i.e. you refused to pay the customs/VAT fees, incorrectly entered your address, neglected to pick it up in a timely fashion) and wish for me to re-ship it to you, you have two options available to you:
* You can request that I re-ship it to you immediately once it's been returned to me--however, please note that you will have to pay the shipping charges again.
* If, after seeing the cost of customs/shipping again/etc, you decide that it is more than you are willing to pay to have it re-shipped, and you no longer want the item(s) for that reason, you will be refunded the cost of your order MINUS the shipping costs.
Will you please send me your image's high resolution files for X reason?
I will absolutely NOT send high resolution files to you for you to bypass having things shipped or for any other reason. Nope nope nope.

In regard to international packages customs charges, VAT, etc.
Customs/VAT/etc. are your responsibility! They are not included in the price/are not paid by me. Please remember that I am not responsible for your custom's charges as they are **not** included in shipping costs. Please consider this before placing your order! It is your responsibility to figure out customs and things before you order.
Why is your international shipping so expensive?
I understand that international shipping costs--before you even add in the extra customs charges, fees, etc.--are very expensive; however, I charge the absolute lowest I *possibly* can when you factor in the cost of shipping tubes, labels, labor, etc. I'm actually slightly undercharging for international shipping, so please understand that I don't like the pricey international shipping any more than you do, but unfortunately there's not much to be done about it. :( I wish it was cheaper to ship internationally, but unfortunately I am already charging the bare minimum that I can without losing much money.
